Elements of Competency Performance Criteria              
Element: Contribute to planning of subprojects and iterations
  • Liaise with Agile project manager roles to determine subprojects and goals
  • Regularly discuss subprojects and work to be done with Agile project manager roles and amend plans accordingly
  • Assist in selection and set up of visual indicators to support identification and tracking of project work and processes
  • Assist team to determine and plan iterations and acceptance criteria to meet subproject goals

  • Assist team to determine work activities, capacity and timing based on iterations

Assessment Tasks
